What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Associate position at Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative?
Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is hiring an Operations Associate to support our growing programming!
We're looking to strengthen the operational capacity of the Harvard and MIT AI safety student groups we fiscally sponsor, as well as CBAI's own initiatives. This is a great opportunity to get involved with the AI safety community in Cambridge, MA.
This in-person role involves working closely with student organizers from AISST and MAIA, as well as CBAI's full-time team. Strong candidates will have experience running operations for organizations and events, building and iterating on systems, and using task management and documentation tools. Experience with group organizing and a proven track record of success are a plus.
This is a part-time position (~20–25 hrs/week) based in Cambridge, MA, with a strong likelihood of transitioning to full-time by the summer.
