Job Summary
We’re excited to share that our team—and our HR department—is growing! We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join us. This is an excellent role for someone with mid- high level HR experience that can further help our company develop HR processes. You’ll support key HR functions such as onboarding, compliance, and policy administration. Experience with compliance requirements and labor law practices is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Verify and process essential employment documentation, including I-9 forms, identification, and employment verifications.
- Support and finalize the onboarding process for new field employees.
- Assist with processing terminations and resignations for field employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Communicate professionally with clients, co-employees, and internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Skills
- 2-5 years of HR or administrative experience (or equivalent education/experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Be familiar with California labor laws and related compliance standards.
- Strong communication / customer service skills when working with employees.
- Familiar with workplace software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Certification or degree in Human Resources is preferable
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
Job Type: Full-time. Onsite in Long Beach, CA
