Job Summary
We’re excited to share that our team—and our HR department—is growing! We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join us. This is an excellent role for someone with entry- to mid-level HR experience who is looking to grow and evolve along with our HR department. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment, supporting key HR functions such as field employee onboarding, compliance, and communication. Having experience in compliance requirements and labor law practices is ideal. Responsibilities
- Verify and process essential employment documentation, including I-9 forms, identification, and employment verifications.
- Support and finalize the onboarding process for new field employees.
- Assist with processing terminations and resignations for field employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Communicate professionally with clients, co-employees, and internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Skills
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (or equivalent education/experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Be familiar with California labor laws and related compliance standards.
- Strong communication / customer service skills when working with employees.
- Familiar with workplace software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
