About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team! This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys providing great guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
Schedule:
- Part-time position (2 - 3 days)
- Shifts vary: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- ***Weekend and holiday availability required***
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest needs
- Manage reservations and handle payment transactions accurately
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays***
