Location: Cambria Hotel Akron-Canton Hotel
Position Type: Part-Time / Semi-Full Time (25–30 hours per week)

In this role, you aren’t just "checking people in"—you are the primary point of contact, the local expert, and the professional problem-solver who ensures every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- The Warm Welcome: Managing guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a genuine personality.
- The Switchboard Maestro: Handling incoming calls, reservations, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- The Problem Solver: Addressing guest concerns with empathy and a "can-do" attitude to find immediate solutions.
- The Information Hub: Providing accurate information about our services, local attractions, and dining recommendations.
- The Detail Specialist: Maintaining a tidy workspace and ensuring all guest billing and administrative tasks are accurate.
Schedule Requirements
We are looking for consistency and reliability. Please review the shift requirements before applying:
- Weekly Hours: 25–30 hours per week.
- Primary Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Flexibility: Occasional 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts as needed.
- Weekends: Must be available to work every weekend. (This is where the magic happens!)

- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred, but your attitude is what matters most.
