Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to standard.
- Make sandwiches, wraps, and salads with fresh ingredients.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Provide information on menu items, make recommendations, and handle special requests.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, food prep areas, and equipment.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Handle change and receipts accurately.
- Restock inventory and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and restock supplies regularly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist coworkers during busy times and help train new employees if needed.
- set up and prep the station at the beginning of the day (opening shifts).
- Clean and shut down equipment and secure the store at closing time.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior cafe experience preferred.
- Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe.
- Must be able to walk/stand for entire shift.
- Must be able to lift to 35 pounds.
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
Salary : $16 - $18
