This position supports Information Computer Support tasks involving troubleshooting, system maintenance, ticketing, and digital content accuracy across official platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for computers, laptops, software applications, and user devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software; update records biannually.
- Coordinate workstation refreshes and ensure compliance with government network requirements.
- Submit and track IT trouble tickets through government control center systems.
- Maintain accuracy and updates across websites and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Capture and consolidate IT system metrics; prepare weekly/quarterly reports for leadership.
- Support administration of learning systems, email inquiry systems, and ticket tracking platforms.
- Review incoming inquiries twice daily and assign appropriate actions within 24 hours.
- Update EITDR information within 72 hours when required.
- Maintain documentation and records using approved government file management procedures.
- 5 years of IT support/helpdesk or system administration experience.
- Experience with Windows OS, MS Office Suite, network troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
- Experience with website or social media content accuracy/compliance is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting government or headquarters-level environments is a plus.
- Active Secret clearance required
- Must work onsite in Washington, D.C.
