2. Position Overview
Seeking a Contract Registered Nurse – Home Health to join our team.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
3. Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult home health patients
- Perform assessments, documentation, and patient education
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
4. Requirements
- Active RN license (WV or Compact – pending accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Home Health experience required
- Strong communication and time-management skills
5. Education
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
6. Certifications
- BLS (American Heart Association)
7. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous charge or leadership experience
- Travel nursing experience
- EMR/charting system experience
