We're looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our growing Las Vegas team as Health Benefits Enrollment Representatives.
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 per year
This is a client-facing opportunity focused on helping individuals and families understand their health insurance options and guiding them toward coverage that fits their needs.
If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and want an opportunity with training, support, and room to grow, this could be a great fit.
Training provided, when applicable.
What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals interested in health coverage
- Learn about each client's needs and priorities
- Explain available health insurance plans and benefits
- Help clients select coverage and complete enrollment
- Answer questions and provide follow-up assistance
- Maintain accurate client information and records
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day
- Organized and goal-oriented
Previous customer service, healthcare, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Any required insurance licensing must be completed before conducting licensed sales activities.
