We're expanding our Las Vegas team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Benefits Enrollment Specialists.
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 per year
This entry-level opportunity is focused on helping individuals understand their health benefit options and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.
You don't need an insurance background to be considered. We're looking for strong communicators who are dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working directly with people.
Training provided, when applicable.
What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals exploring health benefit options
- Learn about their needs and answer questions
- Explain available coverage in an easy-to-understand way
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Provide follow-up and next-step support
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
