- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Applies customer payments.
- Researches and solves payment discrepancies.
- Prepare accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department.
- Balance / Reconcile accounts.
- Support the management team of the facility in gathering and analyzing expense and production information to make informed decisions.
- Maintain Fixed Assets ledgers
- Prepare monthly journal entries and participate in the monthly close process
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field, preferably in automotive manufacturing
