Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of journey level and semi-skilled maintenance and repair work of assigned CAM-PLEX Facilities; provide a variety of journey level and semi-skilled maintenance and repair which may include interior, exterior and equipment repairs. Assist in the installation, repair and maintenance of varied building components including computer and communication cabling, electrical wiring, light fixtures and related equipment.
Available for snow removal in the early mornings, on call or emergency services.
Responsibilities
- Assists with a variety of general duties including replacing light bulbs and installing simple shelving.
- Operates a variety of basic hand and power tools.
- Assists with snow removal, including plowing, hand shoveling, and dispersing ice melting compounds as needed.
- Performs maintenance checks of all power equipment, including filters, fuel, lubrication, and traction. Follows assigned preventive maintenance schedule.
- Assists with a variety of general skilled trade duties as necessary.
- Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Up to one (1) year of experience in facility maintenance
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- Class C driver's license

Pay: From $20.58 per hour
