Full-Time Apartment Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off)
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This full-time position offers steady weekday hours with weekends off (occasional off hour call out), along with competitive pay and benefits after a probationary period.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas, and building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers)
- Respond to occasional off-hour emergency call-outs (as needed)
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping support
