Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining or aerospace manufacturing environments.
- Need Aerospace Manufacturing experience
- Must have extensive experience with Aerospace manufacturing process development and process improvement.
- Must have experience working with large flight-critical parts and components.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain process routers, BOMs, setup documentation, and manufacturing instructions within the ERP system.
- Develop and optimize CNC machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions to meet quality and production requirements.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), First Article activities, and shop floor troubleshooting while ensuring customer schedules are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause corrective actions (RCCA), and cost reduction initiatives related to manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Toolroom teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and resolve technical issues.
