Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering for a precision aerospace manufacturer specializing in CNC machining and electro-mechanical assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team
- Support CNC machining, tooling, fixturing, and assembly processes
- Lead NPI, production launches, and manufacturing readiness
- Drive Lean, process improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Partner with Operations and Quality to resolve production issues
Key Requirements:
- 7 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- 3 years of engineering leadership/supervisory experience
- Aerospace/defense, CNC machining, GD&T, and build-to-print experience preferred
