Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our aerospace manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role requires strong expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection systems.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facility equipment and infrastructure.

Qualifications:
