Job Title: Records Coordinator
Department: Registrar
Time type: Part time, 20 hrs/week (.50 FTE)
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting several functions of the registrar’s office, including helping out with front counter operations, running transcripts, enrollment verifications, and registration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Process forms such as enrollment verification
- Support registration processes for new and continuing students throughout the academic year
- Print transcripts upon request
- Assist students, parents, faculty, and alumni with all registration, records, course enrollment, and other requests
- Answer office phone
- Serve students and others at the front counter
College/University degree preferred. Experience in customer service and higher education preferred.
