Job Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating installation schedules for after-paint construction services, including shower door installs, shelving, door and bath hardware, blinds, and related finish work. This role also schedules and tracks warranty and punch list jobs, serving as a key point of contact between customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule installation appointments for after-paint jobs, including shower doors, shelving, hardware, blind installations, and other finish work
- Schedule and coordinate warranty repairs and punch list jobs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple installers or crews
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide time windows, and handle reschedules or cancellations
- Review work orders to confirm job readiness (materials, site access, scope, warranty status) before scheduling
- Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, installers, and warranty teams to balance workloads and priorities
- Track job progress and update scheduling systems, spreadsheets, or CRM software accurately
- Respond to customer, builder, and installer inquiries related to scheduling and job status
- Adjust schedules due to delays, site readiness issues, material availability, or urgent warranty needs
- Maintain organized records of scheduled jobs, changes, warranty claims, and punch list items
- Identify scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies and communicate solutions to operations or management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination (construction or home services preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, or spreadsheets
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional and calm when handling customer concerns, warranty issues, or last-minute changes
Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, after-paint services, or finish trades
- Familiarity with warranty work and punch list coordination
- Experience working with field crews, subcontractors, or installers
- Customer service experience in a construction or service environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
