Core responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer and oversee payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
- Employee relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, address grievances, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
- Training and development: Develop and implement training programs, and support career development for staff.
- Performance management: Manage performance appraisal systems, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Policy and compliance: Develop and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Strategic planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational goals.
- Culture and engagement: Implement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment and improve employee engagement and retention.
Minimal Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience, including five (5) years in a healthcare setting.
- 5-7 years of management experience required
Certification
- PHR/SPHR or
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year
