The Fours & Fives Coordinator will train, orient, coach, and evaluate staff within the assigned age group while supporting the mission, philosophy, and standards of Calvary Child Development Center. This role includes supporting teachers, implementing curriculum, collaborating with families and therapists, conducting observations, coaching staff, and fostering a Christ-centered learning environment through leadership, professionalism, and spiritual encouragement.
Salary : $22 - $25
