The ministry began with the church located in Costa Mesa, CA and has flourished and expanded into a multifaceted ministry, which includes Christian Schools, Christian Radio Stations, Christian radio programs, Christian book distribution, and Christian bookstores. As a Calvary Chapel Middle School Science teacher, you would be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing a robust instructional program that would guide and encourage students to develop and fulfill their academic and spiritual potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. They will be a minister of the Gospel in this position by ministering and praying for and with the students and parents as well as being an example to the staff, students, and parents. Establish and communicate clear objectives to meet the needs of all learners. Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures, providing appropriate feedback on work. Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
