Through Gospel teaching, training, and resources, Gods people are enabled to take their discipleship into their own hands by living out the listening, serving and helping posture of Jesus in our church community. The ministry began with the church located in Costa Mesa, CA and has flourished and expanded into a multifaceted ministry, which includes Christian Schools, Christian Radio Stations, Christian radio programs, Christian book distribution, and Christian bookstores. Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic K–5 STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) teacher who is passionate about integrating hands-on, inquiry-based learning within a biblical worldview. This educator will inspire young learners to explore God’s creation through innovation, design, critical thinking, and collaboration. As the STEAM teacher, you would be responsible for leading engaging weekly lessons for K–5 students that promote curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills across the STEAM disciplines. you would be working collaboratively with classroom teachers, designing and implement cross-curricular projects that reflect the integration of faith, learning, and technology. This position plays a key role in shaping a love for discovery and helping students grow in both academic excellence and Christ-like character. Utilize technology tools such as Lego Coding Kits and coding bots Collaborate with classroom teachers to support students Maintain classroom management and classroom materials and lab equipment, ensuring a safe and organized learning environment Guide students through the engineering design pro

Bachelor’s degree Familiarity with NGSS, ISTE Standard Valid teaching credential (California or out-of-state equivalent preferred) Experience teaching elementary-aged students, preferably in STEAM subjects Experience with project-based learning, design thinking, and educational technology Committed Christian who supports the mission, values, and Statement of Faith of CCS Core Competencies: Christ-centered educator with a passion for both academic rigor and spiritual formation Creative and innovative thinker who makes learning engaging and accessible Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible team player with a collaborative spirit Lifelong learner with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for STEAM education
