Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in our assisted living. Duties
- Assist residents or patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and overall condition; promptly report any changes to healthcare professionals
- Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
- Maintain cleanliness of living or care areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices
- Document care activities, observations, and any incidents meticulously in compliance with healthcare standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home, or group home settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of health deterioration or distress
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents, staff and family members
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care
