Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Marketing & Student Recruitment Coordinator at our Griffith, IN location. The coordinator will manage and execute marketing campaigns, recruit prospective students, and represent the center at events and career fairs. Responsibilities include conducting tours, building relationships with potential students, addressing inquiries, and assisting with enrollment processes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop outreach strategies and tracking recruitment efforts to meet enrollment goals.
Job Placement & Community Relations
- Build and maintain partnerships with local employers and trade unions.
- Track graduate job placement and maintain accurate placement reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and engagement strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Marketing or recruitment experience is a plus
