Job Summary
The position provides administrative and case management support to the Center for Student Success (CSS). The role supports intake coordination and data management for Accessibility Services, offers administrative support to CSS, and assists with educational programming. This position is designed for graduate students seeking to apply their coursework to real-world student support services.
The Center for Student Success empowers Caltech students to achieve their highest academic and personal aspirations by providing comprehensive support, resources, and opportunities that foster growth, resilience, and innovation. CSS oversees Accessibility Services, the CARE Team, and student success initiatives, serving as a hub for connection, problem-solving, and guidance. The Center is committed to helping students overcome barriers and thrive in their academic journey.
This is an occasional position reporting directly to the Director of the Center for Student Success.
Essential Job Duties
Accessibility Services Support
$20.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

Essential Job Duties
Accessibility Services Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for students initiating accommodation requests.
- Coordinate intake scheduling, manage documentation, and assist with correspondence.
- Maintain records and data in alignment with accessibility compliance practices.
- Support reporting and trend analysis for student accommodation usage.
- Track students of concern open cases and assist with follow-up coordination.
- Support workshops, events, and initiatives hosted by CSS.
- Provide clerical support including scheduling, data management, and communications.
- Assist with data analysis for Center initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Current enrollment in a Graduate-level program.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in higher education, accessibility services, case management, or student success initiatives.
- Experience in higher education, student services, or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with tracking systems, or case management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
