Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a visionary Director of Marketing to lead our online and offline marketing efforts from our San Antonio, TX, or Fairfield, CA location. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company passionate about changing lives and building the healthcare workforce! Applicants must be able to travel onsite to our office in San Antonio, TX, or Fairfield, CA, to be considered. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategy for CA and TX training programs.
- Develop and maintain email, social, PPC, and SMS campaigns for new and existing markets to increase website traffic, leads, and enrollments.
- Lead marketing team to achieve strategic goals, hit deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
- Onboard new partners for website and marketing campaigns and serve as the primary contact for their marketing needs.
- Work closely with third-party website developers to maintain the company website and continuously improve UI/UX.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Maintain weekly marketing reports to track and evaluate KPIs, monitor marketing budget, and track paid media ROAS.
- Maintain marketing calendars and identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs for upcoming campaigns and events.
- Manage and enhance online presence and reputation across social media platforms and review websites such as GMB and Yelp.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices and use insights to develop and implement marketing plans across the business and competitive landscape.
- Perform other responsibilities and projects as directed by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Oversee the design, production, and distribution of print advertising and company merchandise.
Qualifications Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field required.
- 7 years of marketing experience required.
- 3 years of marketing experience in a director role required.
- Ability to manage and grow direct reports.
- Experience with CRM tools (esp. Zoho) & analytics systems such as Google Analytics preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing and SEO is a plus.
- Email marketing expertise (familiarity with MailChimp a plus).
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms and performance marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful marketing plans.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience in the healthcare or education industry preferred.
- Additionally, the candidate must be able to travel onsite to the San Antonio, TX, office or Fairfield, CA, as needed.
- Key Success Factors:
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - copywriting experience required.
- Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
- Organized with the ability to follow up on and manage details.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 salary plus discretionary bonuses.
