Your Opportunity: Relationship Support Liaison
As a key partner to the Specialty Deposit Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of high-level initiatives and day-to-day operations that directly support strategic goals and client satisfaction. In this dynamic position, you’ll manage a wide range of responsibilities—from coordinating internal meetings and tracking project progress, to following up on critical action items that drive results.
You will serve as a trusted liaison, representing the Specialty Deposit Team in interactions with clients, internal branches, and business units. Your proactive communication and organizational skills will help ensure client needs are met with precision and care, maintaining an exceptional level of service that strengthens long-term relationships and reflects the values of the institution.
Additionally, you will support marketing efforts and special initiatives, contributing to client outreach and brand visibility. Your role will involve frequent engagement with current and prospective clients, allowing you to have a direct impact on business development and the overall client experience.

What You’ll Do
- Significant participant and contributor to the Specialty Deposit Team in its goal of providing a creative, service-driven, solutions-oriented experience to clients at all times.
- Responsible for opening new accounts and monitoring new account/service ticklers, conducting client reach out and follow up to meet the expectations of the clients.
- Exceed client service expectations. Build superior client relationships.
- Maintain an organized action and follow up system to ensure client and internal team needs are met and exceeded.
- Collect information for account opening from the RMs. Working with the regional client/support manager and officers to ensure all bank and client requirements are complete and accurate.
- Support officers with their client wire transfer needs and conduct wire call backs.
- Assist with preparing and deploying marketing materials; work with the officers and marketing department for distribution of materials to branches in the south.
- Be willing to do what it takes in support of Your Department’s growth and objectives.
- Assist in building and maintaining a service driven upbeat bank culture. Understand and drive the Banks vision. Demonstrate all of the Bank’s Service Standards.
- Clients are our priority. Working overtime may be required. Driving your own vehicle to events and/or client offices for business as needed.
Who You Are
Experience & Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Notary Public
Minimum 5 years of banking and administrative experience
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Strong ability to work with clients, peers and other team members to gain trust and results.
Competency in Bank compliance and audit policies/procedures.
Highly organized, take articulate notes, have very strong follow through
