Calm Water and Bath is looking for a full-time Sales Representative Lead to join our team in South Jersey. You can work in the office, on-site, at home, or a mix.
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: This is a full-time job with pay from $120,000 to $250,000/year (base salary performance-based pay)
- Work Schedule: You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Sometimes you may also work evenings, nights, or weekends. Please let us know when you are available. The job covers all of South Jersey.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
As a Sales Representative Lead, you will lead a team of Design Consultants and make sure the sales process goes smoothly from the first lead to the signed contract. You will help homeowners feel calm and confident about their choices. You will check sales numbers, lead team meetings, and coach your team to do their best. You will also help hire new team members and train them so everyone works well together. Your goal will be to help the company grow, keep track of sales, and make sure everyone follows our way of working. You will help keep our team positive and focused on giving great service.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE LEAD REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of sales leadership experience in home improvement (one-day bath or remodeling preferred)
- Experience managing 3 – 10 sales representatives
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Strong CRM skills, ideally with i360
- Financial literacy and a margin-conscious mindset
- Ability to standardize sales processes and lead effective meetings
- Ability to drive revenue and protect gross margin
- Structured, disciplined, and growth-minded approach
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to culture and brand integrity
