WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Pay: As our full-time or part-time Customer Support Specialist, you'll earn $40,000–$70,000 per year, with options for hourly, salary, or base commission.

Schedule: This hybrid remote/in-office role offers full‑time or part-time shifts within 8 am–8 pm Monday–Thursday, 8 am–6 pm Friday, and 10 am–4 pm Saturday and Sunday, including morning, evening, night, and weekend options.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our full-time or part-time Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries, understand homeowner needs, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and confirm appointments. You'll also maintain CRM documentation and provide follow-up as needed.
