Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Prepare, scan, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff communications
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
