In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of generative AI. Your work might involve:
Building and sustaining core systems and platforms that serve as shared AI resources, tying them into enterprise-level data and development frameworks.
Creating essential tools like LLM orchestration layers and embedding databases that underpin AI functionality.
Utilizing leading-edge cloud-hosted AI models to deliver scalable, robust solutions.
Promoting broader AI integration throughout the organization by enhancing access to, and functionality of, generative models and tools.
Partnering closely with different teams to streamline the development and rollout of AI products, customizing those tools for real-world workflows.
Exploring and embedding new AI capabilities across our systems to support innovation and collaborative problem-solving.
Tackling greenfield development opportunities that allow you to directly influence how generative tech evolves within the company.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You have a solid track record in software development and familiarity with foundational and current generative AI technologies.
Many team memabers have excelled academically and bring relevant experience working on AI systems or research.

Salary : $350,000 - $400,000
