About the Role:
Callen-Lorde is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our integrated team. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in assisting primary care providers, including physicians and mid-level providers, in delivering top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing general nursing care, assisting with triage, offering patient services, and providing clinical support.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist primary care providers in delivering patient care services.
- Provide general nursing care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Assist with triage procedures and patient assessments.
- Offer patient services with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide clinical support in various healthcare settings.
- Always ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the Nursing team.
Work Schedule:
This full-time position requires three opening shifts (8am-5pm) and two evening shifts (12pm-9pm) per week, along with a rotating Saturday shift from 9am to 3pm once per month.

Qualifications:- New York State LPN License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong Computer Competency
- Two years experience in an out-patient clinical setting preferred
- Experience serving Callen-Lorde's target populations preferred
