Responsibilities and Duties
- Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
- Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times.
- Must have knowledge of department of health standards or the ability to learn.
- Must have knowledge of specific food and beverage storage needs as well as various other product information or have the ability to learn.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a company vehicle.
- Must work well with a team.
- Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
- Be able to interact with guests and hosts in a friendly service-oriented manner.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and proper uniform.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays.
- This position’s responsibility spans over multiple venues and outlets.
- Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary.
- Must be able to lift or move at least 25lbs regularly. Must be able to work in any weather condition. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
