What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lodge & Spa Transportation & Valet position at Callaway Gardens?
About the Role
Callaway is seeking a personable, outgoing and conscientious individual to take on the role of Bellhop/Bellman. In this role, the individual will be the initial point of contact for guests arriving at the Lodge & Spa. The individual will provide a warm greeting and assist the guest with their luggage or answer any questions they may have. In addition to this responsibility, the individual will also provide shuttle service throughout Callaway Resort during special events or on an as-needed basis.
Qualified candidates will be at least 18 years old and have a valid, untarnished driver's license. Candidate should be able to lift up to 60 pounds and be able to stoop, bend, climb and lift. Experience in a hotel is helpful. Excellent guest service skills are a MUST.
We are busiest during weekends and holidays, so candidate must be available to work during those times.
