What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader/Greeter position at Callaway Gardens?
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights
- Assisting guests on and off the trolleys
- Educating guests about the experience of both events.
- Fantasy in Lights Only – Working the queuing lot for personal vehicles to include, but not limited to:
- Scanning Tickets
- Educating guests about the experience and operation
- Directing traffic in and out of queuing lot
- Job Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
