Job Description:
The Trolley Drivers position at Callaway Gardens involves welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights events, assisting them with boarding and disembarking from the courtesy carts, which are available for all guests that need assistance getting around the experiences. This is role is an essential safety position, while creating a memorable experience worth repeating for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
· Welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights
· Assisting guests on and off the courtesy carts
· Educating guests about the experience of both events.
· Driving guests to and from the following locations:
o Circus Tent
o Trolley Loading
o Parking Lots
Job Requirements:
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.
· Must be able to stand for extended periods
· Must be able to work outdoors
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
*This position is a seasonal position, and shifts will be given from September through the first week of January.
