Experienced Window & Door Salesperson

We are seeking an experienced Window & Door Sales Professional to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in window and door sales, with a strong understanding of industry terminology, measurement techniques, and product knowledge. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure with the opportunity to transition to full commission as you build your client base.

• Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their window and door needs


• Take accurate rough measurements for initial quotes and estimates


• Create and present detailed product quotes and proposals


• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our premium window and door product lines


• Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure efficient sales operations


• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships


• Assist with showroom coverage 1-2 days per week


• Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings

• Previous experience in window and door sales or related construction/home improvement sales


• Strong understanding of window and door terminology, measurements, and field verification processes


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
