Job Description and Duties
Analyst I
Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, CCHCS, Disability Management and Support Services Unit, the incumbent is responsible for managing the less complex Return-To-Work (RTW) caseload of CCHCS employees with medical restrictions in need of reasonable accommodation (RA). Counsels employees and performs the less complex analytical work related to the needs of CCHCS employees.

This position is located in Human Resources (HR), which delivers innovative programs and services that attract, cultivate, and serve a diverse, highly-qualified workforce. California Correctional Health Care Services’ HR professionals provide outstanding customer service, provide tools and resources for job development and advancement, and ensure fairness and accuracy in all aspects of HR.

Working Conditions
Located less than 30 minutes from Sacramento and Lodi, the progressive city of Elk Grove offers a great mix of newly developed housing, business projects, and recreational opportunities. The position(s) is eligible for hybrid telework, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
