Under the general direction of the Information Technology (IT) Manager (ITM) I, the IT Supervisor (ITS) II supervises the Licensing Application Support Office (Office), in the IT Application Branch (Branch), part of the IT Services Division (Division) within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department). The ITS II directs all areas and responsibilities for the configuration and testing of the Department's modifiable-off-the-shelf licensing system, provides guidance to staff, and manages the workflow associated with system enhancements and defect resolution. This position is in the IT Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, and Systems Engineering domains.
