Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of the Law Enforcement Division (Division) within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Analyst III serves in a highly responsible, confidential, and sensitive role providing executive-level analytical and advisory services through independent management of complex analytical projects, policy evaluation, and legislative analysis to inform executive decision-making. The incumbent will be responsible for independently managing complex projects, handling privileged investigative information, and advising division leadership on strategic planning, interagency coordination, reporting efforts, policy development, and legislative analysis.
