Platform Development & Administration
Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, and platform customizations.
Lead development and administration across:

Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, release validation, and post-deployment stabilization.
