Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid)
Experience: 10 years

 

Key Requirements:
8 years as a Salesforce BA with multi-cloud experience
Minimum 3 certifications (Admin Sales Cloud Consultant one of CPQ/Service/Marketing/Data Cloud)
Strong in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
Hands-on with reports, dashboards, data analysis, and data tools
Experience with UAT, solution validation, and process improvement
Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Agile/Scrum experience
Knowledge of data governance/MDM
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering
