Located in Orange County, the Mission of the California Republic Leadership Academy (CRLA) is to develop the next generation of leaders in mind, character, and practice through a virtue-based education that leads a scholar to servant leadership through the pursuit of truth and the development of virtue and wisdom. CRLA is a new and growing charter public school network with schools in San Juan Capistrano and in Yorba Linda. CRLA is launching a new school in Saddleback Valley in the 2026/27 school year.

Job Summary
Provide individualized support to students with special needs. Assist students with the development of daily living skills. Ensure safety and well being of students in various school settings. Support with academic growth and building independence Monday-Friday.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience -1 year working with students as an aide, behavior interventionist, or teacher preferred -Associate’s degree or successful completion of 48 units of college credit
