Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Bay Area, CA

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for one home clinic in the Bay Area. Candidates may select their preferred clinic from the list below — this is not a float or travel position. You will work in one dedicated location.
We are hiring for individual, full-time clinic-based roles — no travel between clinics is required.
Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 (varies by location)
Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $110,300-$120,700 annually depending on experience, hours, and performance

About the Clinics
Our Bay Area clinics provide outpatient orthopedic therapy in collaborative, modern environments. Treatment approaches include:
Orthopedic & sports therapy
Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation

Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
Provide direct care to improve function, strength, and mobility
Accurately document patient care in EMR
Collaborate with clinical team members
Ensure compliance with payer, federal, and state regulations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Active California PTA license (or eligibility)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
