Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include evaluating physical conditions, educating patients on rehabilitation exercises, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality patient care to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and expertise in Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Patient Care practices
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
