Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Multiple years of receptionist and/or secretarial experience preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent communication, public relations, and phone/intercom skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and files
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with consistent interruptions
- Patience, flexibility, and enjoyment in working with children
- Preferred proficiency in SISK12, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office applications
