Personal Injury Attorney – Encino, CA
We are a close-knit, fast-moving personal injury law firm committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients while supporting one another as a team. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our office and help manage a steady flow of cases and clients.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct thorough client intakes and gather key facts
- Manage case flow from intake through resolution
- Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
- Review, organize, and request medical records and other case documents
- Maintain organized files, calendars, and deadlines
- Support the attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case progression
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of personal injury case management and documentation
- Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and client-focused
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property damage claims and medical record review
- Prior demand-drafting experience
- College-level coursework or a degree in a related field
Work Location & Schedule
- Onsite in Encino, CA
- Monday–Friday (regular business hours)
