This non-commissioned position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and supporting the daily operations of the showroom. Responsibilities:Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and ensure a welcoming experience.Assist customers with inquiries and needs, providing knowledgeable guidance.Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom.Assist in maintaining accurate showroom inventory.Manage customer emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.Liaise with manufacturers regarding customer orders and queries if need be.Support the Store with daily operations and tasks.Assist with merchandise display arrangements, including light furniture movement.Perform additional tasks as needed to support the showroom and team.
