Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries and needs, providing knowledgeable guidance.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Assist in maintaining accurate showroom inventory.
- Manage customer emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Liaise with manufacturers regarding customer orders and queries if need be.
- Support the Store with daily operations and tasks.
- Assist with merchandise display arrangements, including light furniture movement.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the showroom and team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and basic office equipment.
- Knowledge of interior/exterior design is a plus.
