California Medical Pharmacy is a fast-growing Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply company in Los Angeles. We are looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role focuses on processing Durable Medical Equipment and Complex Rehab Therapy equipment orders for patients working closely with referral sources throughout the Los Angeles area.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process DME, and CRT orders
- Enter patient and order information accurately
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Check insurance eligibility and request authorizations
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation and order status
- Provide helpful and professional customer service
- Support patients and families as they receive the equipment and supplies they need
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Accurate data entry skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with patients, insurance information, and medical orders
